Our Gourmet Collection comprises an assortment of premium gourmet sweet and savory delicacies that have been made with the finest organic and/or gmo-free ingredients. Our Organic food collection includes; organic chocolate truffles, sugar coated almonds covered in chocolate, organic chocolate bars, organic toffee, chocolate butter cookies made with organic ingredients, organic crackers, pates, organic tapenades, organic coffee, organic tea etc...
Although organic food is fast becoming a more popular mainstream option, the selections remain somewhat limited compared to conventional fare. In an effort to bring you as wide a range as possible we also include items that may not be certified as organic but are nonetheless items that were made with ingredients grown sustainably in accordance with the spirit of organic principles ie. without the use of pesticides or herbicides or made in the artisanal tradition.
Our selections are also GMO-free. Organic certification currently requires that no genetically modified ingredients be included, however, we ensure that those items that are made with organic ingredients but have not been certified do not contain genetically modified ingredients.
