No one likes shipping costs, but unfortunately, in the world of e-commerce, they are a reality that cannot be avoided. Fresh Unlimited is however, committed to ensuring the lowest possible shipping fees for our customers and as such, we have instilled a flat rate shipping fee based on weight for orders throughout Canada and the United States.
0 to 2 lbs 7.95
2+ lbs to 5 lbs 9.95
5+ lbs to 7 lbs 11.95
7+ lbs to 10 lbs 13.95
10+ lbs to 15 lbs 15.95
15+ lbs to 20 lbs 22.95
This flat rate shipping fee schedule is lower than the actual shipping cost but if you, but if you know of a shipping method that you feel would provide you with a lower price, or have an account with a shipper, we would be more than willing to look into any options you might suggest.
Shipping to more than 1 address
We are able to ship orders containing more than 1 item to different addresses. Once you are ready to checkout, got to your cart, make sure all the items selected are included. And then look to the bottom of the screen, just below the “proceed to checkout” button, there is a link called “Checkout with multiple addresses”. Click on this link and sign in or create an account. You will then be able to add shipping addresses to your account and select which items are to go to which shipping addresses.
Standard delivery can take from 4 to 10 business days depending on the destination address, and possibly more, in remote locations. Please let us know by email or telephone if you need your package to arrive by a certain date. If you obtain a guaranteed delivery date from us and your package does not arrive by the stated date, we will be happy to refund the shipping cost of your item. Unfortunately we are not able to refund the purchase price for late arrivals as the shippers do not provide us such guarantees.

SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING SHIPPING FOR CHRISTMAS DELIVERY
Those wishing to ensure delivery of gifts by Christmas are urged to place their orders early. Although we do provide a guarantee for order shipped to major centers by couriers (where the shipping fee is refunded if the package does not arrive by the guaranteed date), we are unable to provide this guarantee when items are shipped withing 2 weeks of Christmas. The couriers are so busy at this time that they are unable to make any such guarantees.
ARE THERE ANY OPTIONS IF IT LOOKS LIKE MY ORDER WILL NOT ARRIVE IN TIME?
If there is any doubt that your order will not arrive by Christmas, or any other deadline date throughout the year, we offer our E-Card service. Should you wish to take advantage of this service, an E-Card would be sent via email to your recipient before your deadline date, informing them that a gift from you is on its way to them. Simply call or email us to advise us if you would like an E-Card sent and provide us with the email address to send it to as well as the address. WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
While we make every attempt to send out orders within 2 business days, many of our products are artisanal products, the majority of which are not mass produced, and so this might not always be possible. We will however make every effort to substitute it with an item of equal or superior value and quality. Substitutions are made at our discretion. The customer will be notified if the end result is dramatically different to the original as represented on our website.
In the event that we will not be able to send your order out within 5 business days, we will contact you with an approximate time and/or the option to cancel your order.
If you require your order by a certain date, please include that date in the "Order Instructions/Comments (Optional)" box on the checkout page just above the “proceed to payment” link. Again, if we cannot ensure that your product will arrive by that date, we will inform you right away and provide you with other possible options, including the option to cancel your order.
SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING CHOCOLATE
For packages containing chocolate products being shipped to southern states or during the months of May to October, we recommend calling us at 1-866-326-2111 to make appropriate shipping arrangements to ensure the integrity of the chocolate or to substitute some of the items. If you opt for the standard delivery option we will not be able to guarantee the chocolate's integrity.
Your full satisfaction is our goal. We make every effort to ensure products of the highest quality and integrity. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are happy to arrange for a refund. We can refund any unused items in resellable condition. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. Simply notify us by email and include your name and order number, and whether you are requesting a refund, replacement or credit. Once approved, you can send us the item. When selecting a shipper to return the item, we would advise you select a method that provides a tracking number to ensure your package is not lost. If returning an item that was shipped to the USA back to Canada, please use one of the options provided by the US Postal Service, or we will not be able to accept your return.
Damaged during transportation
If any of your order was damaged during transportation, we will be happy to replace at no cost to you, or provide you with a credit or refund for the damaged item or items.

If you wish to cancel an order, please inform us within 12 hours of confirmation. If you have been provided with a date by which your order will ship, please advise us 24 hours prior to that ship date. If you do not, and only advise us of your desire to cancel an order after it has already shipped, we will not be able to call your order back. You would then have to return the order to us at your cost for a refund.
